Acrylic Painting
I shall be teaching three courses on acrylics at Northbrook, West Durrington, Worthing on Wednesday afternoons from 24th September 2025 – 5.00-7.00 pm.
The first course ‘Acrylics Intermediate’ will be for those with some experience of acrylics, who want time to take it further. The main aim is to SLOW DOWN and take at least two sessions on each painting, rather than dashing them off.

The second course starting in January 2026: ‘Creative Acrylics’ will be for those wanting to experiment further, trying out new techniques.

In April 2026 there will be a course for the more advanced student,
‘Acrylics from Life’, for those who wishes to paint from life – still life, portraits, life models
and landscapes.

This is an online course which will look at a different genre each term – Abstraction, Landscape and Portraiture.
Students will be set tasks each week, but can use any medium they wish to use –
pencils, pastels, oils, acrylics, watercolours – whatever.
Online tuition, inspiration and guidance will be given by the tutor.
This course is also being held online on Tuesday evenings starting on 23rd September, 2025, from 7.00-9.00 pm.
Cost: £380.00 for the whole 30 week course, or £130.00 per 10 week term.
